The team at 1-800-Plumber Air is super professional, does a great job, and cleans up after themselves well. Chad installed our tankless water heater to replace our two existing tank water heaters in the attic. Additionally, a month after the install, I noticed a small amount of water in the drip pan, the culprit was some condensation inside the unit dripping down the venting pipe. I called them to ask about it and they came out that day to fix it.
Their pricing was a little higher than other quotes I got, however they also called in a licensed electrician and roofer to make sure everything was done right. The roofer they hired even did an inspection of the roof and let me know of a few deficiencies.
The overall experience was great. Chad and his apprentices are nice, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
I would recommend them if you want the job done right.
