1-800-Plumber was quick, efficient, and a cost effective solution. They sent a text and a photo of the technician, showed up on time, and gave me an estimate before starting any work. Once approved they got to work and finished the job in a good amount of time, left no mess, and explained the work that was done. My invoice explained in detail the work done and left me with a good feeling that it was done to code and that it would now pass a home inspection. Would use 1-800-plumber again in the future.

One thing I appreciate about his service is that he cared about maintaining cleanliness and cleaned up when he was done. Many times people do work and leave the job site dirty. I have heard and read great things about the professionalism, quality and fairness of this company which is why I called a plumber in Pearland to help with the plumbing issues I was having in Houston. They did not disappoint. Arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and reviewed the quote in detail. Jorge did a great job and left the areas that he works cleaner than when he started. I Don’t leave very many reviews, but sometimes you actually have to take time to recognize a good company when the value and the expectations are met. George came out to my moms house and took care of the problem and also gave us a assessment on what we he recommends us to do. Wasn’t pushy or cocky, took his time to educate us on our plumbing system and give us a clear understanding what needed to be done.
We will definitely be using this company again, George really set that bar high and we definitely appreciate it!!
