Not only was he professional, and quick to correct the problem, but he also shared tips to maintain and efficient running system. He sure knows his stuff. I was trying to be a handy Mandy and change out my outside faucet.. well nope I messed it up and water was shooting out everywhere!! So I was given this company to call to come fix my mess up. Well Jorge Murillo came out and fixed it right away! He was so polite and very professional. He did an amazing job on fixing my faucet and the price was very reasonable. I will use them for all my plumbing needs. A completely satisfied customer here! I would highly recommend this company. I called and they were here in an hour and the entire problem (clog) was done immediately. Could have tried to up charge us but made sure to only charge us what was necessary. On two teachers' salaries with a baby on the way, it was so wonderful being charged a fair price and having someone come out so immediately to fix the problem! We will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to everyone we know!

So the job these guys did was a complete demo/install new tankless system. My tank was in the attic so it was a concern and it failed on me. It wasn’t even that old(Rheem), but did research and rhinnai is one of the top tankless system that’s worth the investment for the future. The guys doing the job are certified dealers of this brand. The knowledge, experience, kindness was amazing. Very detailed information about what they were doing, taking pics of the work they did. Overall amazing job, happy with the new system.

I just just a section of my sewer line replaced after some tree roots got into it. JJ came to give me a quote and did the work the next day. I had a (...rooter) company give me a quote of 6-8,000 that it would be good to replace a good part of it to the whole thing. JJ looked at the whole pipe and only had to replace 5ft the broken part was only like a foot long. My bill $2910 way better than that big name company was charging me. Thank you JJ for your hard work in this heat and professional service.

After speaking with 3 other companies, 1.800.Plumber was the only one willing to come out on a Saturday to install a new kitchen faucet. The Ole one was leaking and I could not use the sink. Jeff came out right on time and went straight to work. He explained all he was doing and finished quickly. He even tightened the garbage disposal while he was under the sink!
