Very professional outfit. Great job by Master Plumber Jeff and his associates. Responded quickly to my call. Provided a diagnosis and written estimate - hassle-free, no pressure. Drove off and let me consider my options.
Came back when they said they would. Did what they said they would. Had a manager visit during the work. Took most of the day to trench out my yard to depth required by code, and lay new flexible pipe in the June heat. Minimal damage to the yard - kept the trench narrow and saved the grass. Refilled the trench, packed it, re-laid the grass, and ready to remove excess dirt that could not be compressed back into the trench. Dug under the sidewalk rather than breaking it. That added to their effort, but it was the correct way to do it. Added an owner cutoff valve right behind the meter. Re-insulated the riser input pipe at the side of the house. Returned day after city inspector approved, and covered up the joints. Price was exactly what initial estimate said. Friendly, hard-working crew. What more could anyone ask? An EASY choice of 5 stars.

He worked hard for many hours within the available resources. He figured out the problem was in the main sewer system and advised to contact Pearland water/sewer department. It worked. The blockage was way down the road affecting many houses in our neighborhood.
