Dan was a true joy to work with regarding the water heater installment. He arrived before the scheduled time (that's good), very professional and knowledgeable. He went in the attic to access the problem and returned with an explanation that was easy to understand. He reviewed the options in detail the options that were available and the costs. I made my decision and he left to get the supplies and a helper. They both returned to my home and began to install the water heater, which took about three hours. I paid my bill, we chatted a little about sports and tested the water temp, which was fine. I requested the temp to be a little hotter and he obliged. It was a pleasure to have Dan as my technician. GREAT work!!!!!

Yard man ran over the main drain valve for the house. 1800Plumber was able to respond quickly and repair the pipe and install a new valve. I have had them here on other occasions including installing repiping under my house after the big freeze.
