Chad And Dan were AWESOME and i truly believe they were God sent. Their work truck broke down right in front of my House. Chad had been stranded for at least an hour. I was waiting for my refrigerator to be delivered. The delivery driver stood by while Chad transferred his equipment from his truck to Dan's truck. The refrigerator was about to be installed when they realized the hose connected to the water supply didn't have a shut off valve. They said i needed a plumber an they could not connect the refrigerator until the job was completed. I took a deep breathe and thought huh!!! There is a plumber stranded outside of my house. I'll see if they can assist so I asked, they came in and assessed the situation and agreed that they had the equipment to do the job. They had to follow protocol and call dispatch. We got everything confirmed and they completed the job in less than an hour and the refrigerator was installed the next morning. This is not why they were God sent, you see my 31 year old son just fell upon hard times and had to move his family back in with me for a fresh start. He had been contemplating going back to school for plumbing. My son had a great meaning conversation with Chad and Dan. They were able to offer him some excellent advise. Both gentlemen started their plumbing careers later in life, Chad was 31 and Dan was 49. The plumbing truck was stranded at my house for a reason. Thanks so much Chad and Dan. I sure wish i had thought about taking pictures but i didnt. You both did an awesome job and you helped someone that needed lifting up You guys Rock! Thank you so much!
