I had a lot of bad plumber experiences until I called 1-800-PLUMBER a few years ago and now I do not call anyone else. They are always very responsive, helpful, and do not try to oversell me. I know when they recommend a repair or replacement that they are being accurate and honest. It is nice not to worry about being ripped off when dealing with a plumbing issue.
