Install freestanding whirlpool air & water jetted bathtub & a floor mounted faucet. I purchased the tub and faucet myself and had them do the rough-in & installation.
Mason came and gave me an estimate including different options on how they could go about it. I have a concrete foundation which is not ideal for the tub and faucet I wanted. I had five estimates in all. Mason’s was the most reasonable and informative on what all to expect.
Once I was ready I called to book the rough-in portion of the installation. I was shocked they booked it for Mason the next morning. He brought Josh with him. They were very professional and even made friends with all four of my dogs.
I week later I was done with all my tile work and called to schedule the final installation. Again they booked Mason and Josh for the next morning.
Everything is in and working great now. They really did an exceptional job. And the estimate was accurate. No BS extra charges for anything. From now on if I need a plumber for anything I will be calling them again.

The kitchen sink, both sides, was hopelessly clogged and would not drain. In an actual matter of minutes the representative had the water drained, and then went even further and completely cleaned the whole pipe system. He was so friendly, efficient, and gave us some value tips on how not to have this happen again based on what he found in the clogs. He's was fantastic.

We had gotten a ridiculous quote by another company just to unclog two drains. So I decided to call 1-800-Plumber. They came out the same day, we’re super knowledgeable and friendly and cost us 1/4 of the price the first company quoted us! He also fixed my daughter’s toilet because he noticed that the handle wasn’t flushing correctly!! We will be calling them from now on.
