Kyle came to my house to fix a clogged kitchen drain. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He ran 75 ft of drain auger twice try to clear my clogged kitchen drain, spent about 2 hours to do it. He was very patient and hard working. Also showed me what happened along the way. 1-800-Plumber of Pearland are definitely my Go-To company for my plumbing needs now. Very good experience.

Had a plumbing issue on a Saturday and Kyle kept to his word and came out late in the evening to get us squared away (we scheduled and he arrived earlier, but due to a house showing (our home is for sale) he didn't have enough time to take care of the problem). Nonetheless, Kyle showed up and took care of our issue quickly and efficiently.........thanks again y'all. Oh....and this company takes care of Vets as well........another reason to use them.

Kyle did a good job of understanding my requirements and a good job in procuring/installing a new toilet. I live in Dickinson where we were severely impacted by Hurricane Harvey. The downstairs area of our Dickinson Bayou house was flooded by 8 feet of flood water, destroying the 50 gallon natural gas water heater.
1-800-PLUMBER came out and replaced it. They had to slog through 75 feet of mud to deliver and install the new water heater. In these trying conditions, they were cheerful, prompt and thorough. I strongly recommend 1-800-PLUMBER for all of your plumbing needs.
