1800 Plumber of Pearland was just awesome. We called yesterday about 3 separate, non-emergent plumbing issues. Kayla called back and set up a next-day appointment and then called shortly before the scheduled time to let us know our technician would be there soon. Kyle arrived promptly and diagnosed all 3 issues within 15 minutes. He fixed one for free, the second was a hardware problem so we asked him not to do anything as the hardware is under warranty and we'll need to order a replacement. Then he fixed the third issue (which was the biggest one) for less than half of what we were expecting to pay. We will definitely be calling 1800 Plumber of Pearland in the future with any issues; we've had folks from other companies out before on multiple occasions and this was by far the best experience.

This is the second time I have had to call 1-800-plumber out and I wanted Kyle to do the job. He again like always, shows up prepared and on time. I had to have AC pipe reran a different way along with having a washer line box placed in the laundry room. He did a fantastic job and the work looks great. This job was expensive to me but I have a peace of mind knowing that it was done right and if I ever have a problem with it they will come out and fix it..I'm super pleased with the work and will always call on them to take care of any needs I may have in my home. Day of a move, dis-connecting fridge, ice maker water valve won't shut off, the valve is broken. Thinking this would be a major move-day disaster, called 1-800-Plumber of Pearland. Have used this Family organization for years. Will and his associate arrived in less than twenty minutes and replaced the valve in less than thirty more: no fuss, no mess and no problems. Will is very professional and efficient. He is a great representative of this fine local business.

Kris and his partner came to my home to repair a leaking water pipe. In the end they had to replace the pipe from my water meter to the house.
Kris was very attentive to my questions and was very willing to answer all of my questions. He gave me a price for the full repair, and he and his crew showed up right on time and had the job done in about 2 hours.
I was very please with their service on this repair and will most definitely have them back when I have further plumbing needs.

Called 1-800-Plumbers of Pearland in the morning regarding my kitchen sink and was given a window between 12-2pm for their arrival. They called me at 11:30 to let me know my plumber was on his way, and would arrive in about 30 minutes. Sure enough he arrived just around 12.
Once here they took a quick look, explained the issue well, setup a digital quote, and got right to work. All said they were in and out in about 30 minutes, turning my busted sink into a functional one. Very pleasant demeanor and experience.
