Update: 09-01-24: For the first time since the home was built 3 years ago, The AC unit stopped cooling after my first appointment to do the annual PM . The unit is only 3 years old and didn't have any issues prior to me contacting the company for HVAC Annual PM service... I called the next day and they responded stating they can come fix the issue the following Tuesday and quoted $260 to replace the capacitor which is more than l wanted to spend so I declined.

08/30/24- Chris was outstanding! He arrived promptly, reviewed the HomeGuard with me, wore shoe covers, and let me follow along while he explained how HVAC systems work. He was incredibly detailed, and even when it started to drizzle, he remained committed to providing an excellent experience. Chris walked me through everything he was doing during the tune-up, checking all the elements, including Freon levels, furnace, and vent temperatures. He even went above and beyond by wrapping up my water hose after cleaning the HVAC. As a female homeowner, I felt this was a fantastic experience. Chris recommended that I replace a capacitor soon and provided an honest quote, explaining his findings clearly and showing me the readings versus what they should be. I highly recommend Chris Aguilar and this company, and I’ll be sharing my experience with other homeowners. Thank you all for the excellent service!
