It was cold in December and we were without hot water. Our water heater busted and with a 3 y/o and a infant, we needed help fast. We call 1-800-Plumber and as busy as they were, they understood our situation and was able to squeeze us in for an appointment the very same day. Mike Collins came to our house... quickly diagnosed our problem and came up with a great game plan. Mike and Mr. Sergio quickly replaced our water heaters in no time at all. I had an issue with the shower head in my master shower and the water line leading to my fridge. These might seem like small things, but when you have to go to another bathroom to take a shower and your fridge isn't making ice or water, these small issues suddenly become major priorities, lol. Dennis came out and fixed both of the problems in record time and was able to take my payment via his iPad, which was cool. It is always nice to have a dependable plumber in your contacts when you need one, and I have found mine. Highly recommended. :-)

I would give five stars except I thought for the job it would have been a little cheaper. Still with the state of America today and the economy it is fairly reasonable. $275 for an outside spigot replacement and I provided the new spigot. The work was fast. They were friendly. They got wet but they did the job well. The part is on and it was about 10 minutes total. Mason was very friendly and I appreciate his haircut and style. You will get a job well done and fast, even on the same day you called. Fast. Friendly. Affordable.

Update: 09-01-24: For the first time since the home was built 3 years ago, The AC unit stopped cooling after my first appointment to do the annual PM . The unit is only 3 years old and didn't have any issues prior to me contacting the company for HVAC Annual PM service... I called the next day and they responded stating they can come fix the issue the following Tuesday and quoted $260 to replace the capacitor which is more than l wanted to spend so I declined.

08/30/24- Chris was outstanding! He arrived promptly, reviewed the HomeGuard with me, wore shoe covers, and let me follow along while he explained how HVAC systems work. He was incredibly detailed, and even when it started to drizzle, he remained committed to providing an excellent experience. Chris walked me through everything he was doing during the tune-up, checking all the elements, including Freon levels, furnace, and vent temperatures. He even went above and beyond by wrapping up my water hose after cleaning the HVAC. As a female homeowner, I felt this was a fantastic experience. Chris recommended that I replace a capacitor soon and provided an honest quote, explaining his findings clearly and showing me the readings versus what they should be. I highly recommend Chris Aguilar and this company, and I’ll be sharing my experience with other homeowners. Thank you all for the excellent service! I’ve signed up for the membership and look forward to my next appointment with the plumbing team.

Oscar (plumber) came out in July after my AC repairman discovered the plumbing wasn’t draining, so AC was backing up into overflow pan. He cleaned it out and resolved the issue and was very professional and responsive.
