I’m surprised that you would send someone to help that had no experience with my bidet. I provided the information on my bidet, including the model number. Surprised and disappointed that I was not provided with an experienced plumber for my problem.

the technician is a bit rude and speak too fast for me to understand. Don’t explain things clearly. sometimes don’t respond when I ask questions. They are efficient but the attitude they have make me feel like I am not clear about the problem and I am hesitate to have him doing the job for me.

Way over priced for the service I received. If I wasn’t in a hurry to get the leak fixed I would have gotten another quote. The part that I looked up was only $100 and the labor was $600 for 30 of work.

The price seemed outrageously high to me. Judge for yourself - $850. for one hour of work and about $5. in materials. Won't be calling them again. Plumber was great - friendly, professional, and thorough.

He (Joshua) offered me a fair price based on what the previous company offered. He DID tell me that the handle to shut off my water was broken and that I needed to replace that. Plumbing System Pros came out and turned the handle and the water shut off. I don't know if he was being deceitful or didn't have the strength to turn the handle to the off position. Based on this, I no longer trust this person/company. Plumbing System Pros fixed the problem in 1 hour WITH the water turned off.
