Normally I rarely post — just don’t have the time to do so . But I think this one — it’s a public service. Great guy Chad Chauvin. Never met him in person , but the 2 times on the phone , he came across like a really great personality . Just his quote and solution — not right for anyone in any economy . $15,000 he quoted for the minor gas grill line leak. And said he would need to replace the entire single gas pipeline( despite my text email suggesting prior approval that I want only” the minimal “) . My master plumber from the office Simon P. of course found the section of corroded pipe, checked rest for leaks ( 100 % good ), replaced it , we have had 2 rounds of steak without issues . Cost was $ 360 .00 in total. Dear Chad or the company — something needs to be fixed . Become more informed about costs and incomes of people before throwing numbers out there. Money is hard to come by in 2025 and probably in times to come. I’m in healthcare , and we are very careful with ordering unnecessary stuff on patients— we use a technique — called shared decision making : it’s the gold standard . I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with this company. The technician removed my original blower motor and replaced it with two incorrect motors, neither of which fit my Goodman GPC1436H41 system. To make matters worse, he discarded my original motor, leaving me unable to claim my $800 manufacturer warranty, which requires the original part for replacement. The technician also suggested unnecessary modifications to my system, like changing the harness, which I refused. When I questioned how they could not match the correct motor using the manufacturer’s warranty, it became clear they didn’t know what they were doing—or worse, it felt like a scam. This company has wasted my time and money and caused me significant stress. I’m now left with a non-functional system, no warranty, and no resolution. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

When re-addressing the same problem that wasn’t fixed from a few months ago, when returning because of the same issue, they said it was never fixed. So now waiting to hear if they are going to issue a refund.

Terrible company.. Taking advantage on the consumer that needs their services.. They quote $995 just to replace a capacitor and fan motor. after they open my unit, they told me that i have to replace the fan as well and quote me for 1800… ridiculous amount.. I end up having No AC at all in the middle of Texas heat… At the beginning, my AC still work, now, its open and not running. Thank you 1800plumber

I hired them a year back to replace a water heater and install the whole-house filter - they did a good job back then. Fast forward this year. Called them to replace a tub faucet, appointment between 2-4pm. No show. Text, we are running late, after 5pm a call - they are not coming. Rescheduled for the next day. Okay, next day the guy shows up, does a decent job. When he left I noticed that the faucet is dripping - fine, stuff happens. Calling them back - I can get you the guy there right now, done. Calling back in an hour - the guy left for the day, I can get you someone between 2-4pm. Fine. 3pm - we are running late. 7pm a call - we are coming now. No, thank you, your time was between 2 and 4 and I am not here sitting and waiting for your inability to manage your jobs. Oh, and not a word of an apology, it's like that's the way it's supposed to be and I should be grateful they are even talking to me after I paid them 800 for the incomplete job. All in all - look somewhere else, save yourself trouble.

Tech arrived and told my gas fireplace required a new solenoid @ approx usd600. After he left i watched a YouTube video - he'd mistaken how to light the pilot light - the fireplace was working fine and I saved 600 unnecessary dollars. Not recommended - caveat emptor.

The 8800 Jameel Rd Suite 140 location is totally unprofessional! JB is in charge of marketing and will say anything to get you to come work for he company run by biased individuals such as Erick and Bryce. Do not fall for their lies because this location will waste your time! They will never pick this business up off of the ground at this location if management doesn't learn how to communicate effectively and respectfully!

Boy was I wrong in choosing this place based off the reviews.... I was charged over $300 to install and setup a dishwasher in my newly renovated kitchen. The installers main conversation was a repeat record of the fact that my home was his last stop for the day, then he's done. Well I'm assuming he rushed because the hose installed underneath the kitchen sink leaked slowly for awhile without our knowledge. By the time we realized the problem, it was too late

Horrible wall damage that he used duct tape to seal up the large hole he made.TOOK ALL Day to fix 2 tub facets. 1400 dollars and it was cheap fixtures that he charged 250 dollars for.!! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. DO NOT HIRE THEM
