The estimates given for repairs are way too high! In our economic climate pries for labor should be more reasonable.

Not a clean job on my tankless water heater, water is not hot at all no testing was done on my gas pressure line to check if it’s adequate. Haven’t responded to my email since the install regarding city inspection or permit.

I feel like I did not get my monies worth. My initial leak was fixed by replacing the two metal tube's coming into my tank, but the water heater would not stay lit. No mention of a faulty thermocouple or dirty burner could be the problem. It was all about replacing the water heater. So I was left with a still water heater that does not work after spending $610.

$305 for a simple 1-1.5 hour plumbing job is a little pricey.

The technician was not able to install the thermostat, told me I needed to order an adapter. I ordered the adapter and he was still not able to get it fixed after two trips and several hours of work. Had a different company come over and they had it working within 30 min and did not need the adapter kit.

I have used this 1-800-Plumber Air before. Recently I had them swing by to change a shower cartridge , that I thought was bad. They scheduled a plumber to come out and look at it. He turned the handle and agreed that the cartridge needed to be replaced. Quoted $250.00 just for labor. Went to local plumbing store was advised to get a silicon grease. Guess what !!! It worked and my issue was solved. Total cost $5.16. Was an eye opening experience.

Edward is nice guy, works hard, & is knowledgeable. Zoned system cools as intended. Humility control is terrible! Was told to keep temp @ 72 & still getting high humidity alerts of 66% & more. Humidity in house consistently above 60% in house all day even when outside level @ 60%. Not happy ….

My kitchen is ruined. The plumber from 1800 plumber / Collins broke a valve under my sink trying to fix a leak he found while looking at the problem I had actually called out about. After I frantically ran out to turn the water off, I came back in to find that there was water all over my kitchen and under my kitchen floor; both the floor and cabinets have to be replaced, and water damage specialists had to come out and put giant fans up to dry out the room for several days. 1-800 plumber didn't consider it to be "their fault" so now I'm stuck paying to clean up their mess. 1800 plumber did resolve the issue I called them out for (garbage disposal), and were generally helpful aside from ruining my kitchen and footing me with a $2000 insurance deductible and a kitchen that's been ruined for 3 weeks now (plus the $250 service fee).

Joshua Duran came to my home to fix or replace my garbage disposal . I told him I had a home warranty but I will be paying him and they will reimburse me , what is the charge if I had to replace it he quoted me $900 can’t remember the exact amount ,I told him that did not sound right I think he was trying to over charge me then he changed it to $579.06 then proceeded to tell me if he unjam it it’s $265 and if it doesn’t work I will have to pay the $265 for unjaming along with $579.06 I ask him why it stop working he stated it probably was a metal he couldn’t describe or specify where the metal was after taking it apart, I called the warranty office they talk to Joshua and asked him what caused it to malfunction he told them he didn’t know if your a professional plumber you should know He proceeded to remove the disposal and still didn’t know why it stopped working . I told him its probably normal wear and tear since you can’t find what was wrong, I called them back ones the disposal was removed they ask him again what was the reason it stopped working he told them again he didn’t know but then he proceeded to tell them and I quote She want me to say it’s wear and tear but I’m not going to lie how in the world you are not going to lie when you don’t know what cause it to malfunction. They did not pay I had to pay for the service. I’m assuming it’s because I did not want to replace my water heater no matter how much discount I feel he was trying to pressure me to get a new water heater after I told him not now then he came up with discount or interest free service . Very unprofessional Lost my business.

Dan was a great guy and super nice, but I was quoted $1,500 to remove a bathroom faucet from the wall and put water valves under cabinet. There was easy access because sheetrock was removed and cabinet had no countertop. He called office to get $200 off if I cut out the hole in cabinet. Another company did it in 1 hour for $250

Joshua and his helper examined the water heater but after they left I discovered they had left the attic wide open, used my 6’ ladder and didn’t return the ladder back to the garage once finished, and all the lights on in the attic! No way will I give my business to these people

I called them early in the afternoon with a tankless water heater leaking. I was told on the call that they work with Rinnai for warranty claims, which they do! I was curious about call-out pricing and asked that directly on the call. The rep said I would be told a total price once the tech arrived and found out what needed to be done. Once the tech arrived, he asked a few questions about maintenance and issues I'm having. Once that was over, he said it would be $280 for him to get started. The exact opposite of what the rep said on the phone. He pulled up the call recording (recordings not disclosed on the call) and played it. He stopped at the part where the phone rep said "Rinnai will sometimes cover parts". He did not keep playing to the part where the rep said I would get a total cost. I am completely fine with paying for labor and being reimbursed by Rinnai, since it's covered by 5 years limited parts and labor when you register within 90 days of install. But the bait and switch was not appreciated. I would never recommend these guys. They contradict their website "No surprise costs at the end of the job". As a flat rate plumber, you provide an up front estimate. Not a starting point.

I just got ripped off. Nothing was done but I had to pay $145 for diagnostics. The kitchen grinder works fine but Kris said it was burnt. The builder of the house came in to check and figured that something was stucked in the grinder which he removed with his hands and that was it. Kris kept on insisting that I had to pay $145 regardless and to avoid back and forth, I had to pay him the money. He is very rude and doesn't even allow you complete your sentences. I won't be working with this company in the future.

This company is not good. They didn’t complete the work properly, the shower drain still leaked worse than when they “fixed” it. I couldn’t be at the house the last day they were there which was the fourth day at the house. When I tried to contact them about the leak being worse they sent my call straight to the answering service. They never returned my calls. Corporate for the company even tried calling them & they didn’t answer. I am not even sure if the people who all worked on the plumbing were even really plumbers. The guy who worked on it had other people going under the house. I had to hire a different plumber to finish the job.
