Awesome company, from start to finish. I called and talked to Kate in the office who set up a timely estimate, and answers all my questions regarding the timeline for the work. Eric came out and was honest about the work that needed to be done and the cost of the work. The total cost was exactly as estimated, no hidden fees or 'extra' work that had to be done. The guys who came out were all friendly and hard working. I have no complaints, and will recommend to anyone who is looking for chimney work! I also have a chimney sweep scheduled with them, and am expecting just as good of service as before!

Patrick was excellent in providing an explanation as to what needed to be done to make our wood burning fireplace safe. I was very comfortable in awarding them the project. They showed up as expected and worked consistently for 3 days in what was not the most comfortable temperatures. All work was done as promised and further explanation was provided as the project moved forward. Very pleased with Felgemacher - the crew and support from Lisa in the office.

Very knowledgeable staff (Tim & Harry) , with a very professional atitude. They were very helpful in getting the chimney repair and brick pointing done in a timely manner. They cleaned up the workplace completely after their work was completed. Lisa got me in their schedule very quickly and the repair helped stop the water leak in the attic.
