Yes... I'am very satisfied with Conner... It was very knowledgeable about the masonry work that needs to be repaired... I learned a few things today. The texture brick that was on my house and a terracotta.. The estimate wasn't very expensive but within the realm of masonry work.. I hope Home headquarters pick him to do the project... Yes I'm going through a program for home repair.

Ian called ahead of our appointment because he was able to come a few hours earlier than planned. He arrived, took photos, talked through the issues we were having with the bricks in our chimney, and got us a quote on the spot, which was good for 30 days. He explained scheduling and how much time he thought the job would take, let us know about the deposit. We've had work done by Felgemacher before and we're very pleased. Waiting for a couple more quotes, but we were very pleased with the service, and the quote.

Our chimney technician Ian was considerate, friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at answering questions and educating us on having a wood burning fireplace and chimney.

We used Felgemacher for a chimney replacement that was desperately needed due to water damage in multiple locations (and more that we discovered during the tear down/rebuilding) Alex and his team did such a great job coming out and fixing it. The repair work was more extensive than initially thought, but that's only because the level of damage/decay was so bad (our furnace exhaust was entirely blocked by decay ) They made sure to check with us, show us photos, and walk us through what they were seeing so that we could make an informed decision before adding any extra charges on. They were very transparent and we appreciated that as first time home owners. Definitely glad we went with this company, as our home is much much safer now and I can rest easy ☺️ P.s. if you're a queer person like me and get worried about contractors coming out, I would highly recommend getting Felgemacher and requesting Alex's team for any chimney repairs/replacement. Him and his team were very respectful and I felt more comfortable with them than I have with any other contractors who I've had come out before. 10/10 recommend them all around Edit: my 80 yr old neighbor just called me and gushed for 10 minutes about how much she liked the guys who came out, what a good job they did on our chimney, and how considerate they were

I called them for an ongoing chimney leak - I had tried several other expensive repairs which had not solved it. They were able to come out the next day and did a thorough check of what was going on, and explained well what was causing the issue. They were able to have a crew out for a new chimney lining within a week even in February, and so far through several heavy rains it seems to have fixed the leak.

Had them come out to the home I purchased to do a sweep and inspection on a wood burning stove. Max was efficient, friendly and very informative as to how the system worked. Highly recommend
