Roy was very courteous, professional, and helpful. He showed me pictures of the chimney cap that was rusted and needed to be replaced to stop my fireplace leak. He did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting my chimney. We also decided to convert our wood burning fireplaces to the ceramic log sets. Roy took the time to show us photos of the beautiful different sets that are available and so realistic!! They were quick to come out for an estimate. After agreeing to have the work done they took my circumstances under consideration with a leak damaging my living room ceiling. They provided a temporary fix and expedited the work. They communicated each step of the way what was being done even though I was out of town. I highly recommend their services. Pricing was also fair compared to other estimates received.

These guys were fantastic. There had been an ongoing problem for years with water damage to the house I bought. Colin looked at the damage on one of the (non active) fireplaces and confirmed the problem within minutes. There was a venting issue that was never properly resolved. They came out to put in a liner and re-vent the furnaces and hot water tanks. Things didn't go as originally planned but they got the job done (at no extra cost to me) and were all awesome individuals. I highly recommend them.

We had called felgemacher for an estimate on our fireplace, the serviceman named Roy text me the nite before to tell me what time he would be at my house, Roy showed up to the exact time as he promised, Upon entering the house he took his shoes off not to dirty anything in the house, He looked at the fireplace and inspected it and told me he would look into replacing the logs, All the time Roy was in my home he was respectful, knowledgeable,prompt, and very professional.
