I dealt with Sergio the whole way thru. If you want a more streamlined way...this is the way to go. I've dealt with body shops in the past and while they have a fully controlled environment, the process is a lot more time-consuming and more $$. FYXME is simple and reasonably priced. All I had to do was send pictures of the damage to my car to Sergio and he gave me a quote over the phone. We set up a time for the tech to arrive and while he was 2 hours late, he did stay in communication with me the whole time. It took about 6 hours to do the job on 3 areas of my car so I felt that was reasonable. At the very end of the clear coat application a tiny leaf had flown into the clear coat creating a noticeable imperfection. I called Sergio and he said he would send out his tech again a few days later to fix it and I wouldn't need to pay him until the job was complete. My experience was much better and easier than dealing with any body shop. My recommendation is to try it and I don't think you'll be disappointed. I work from home so it was an easy decision for me and I'm glad I did it.

I was scammed by two unscrupulous individuals last week offering me to fix the dent on my car. After doing the crappiest job ever, they forced me to withdraw $600 from my bank because they said that their swipe machine was offline. I was too scared to resist because they were threatening me and quite frankly, looked menacing. I called FYXME and they did the most wonderful job of restoring the dent a d the paint for only $754! Attached are the photos of the scammed job, the fake ID and the decal they have on their truck and FYXME restoration!

This was my first experience going through having to have body scratches repaired. It was one of the smoothest processes I've ever experienced. The quoting process was quick and over text/email. There was great communication and follow up throughout. Once I got insurance claim processed, scheduling was quick and easy. On the day of the repair, Richard showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner, executed flawlessly. I was very happy with the finished product. And all of this was at the comfort of my home. Highly recommend!

I had Caliber Collusion quote and the sought to charge 3X the amount, plus wanted to keep the car for a week ( saved that rental money as well!) they showed up on time and they fixed it in my parking lot in 7 hours. Extremely easy way to schedule appointments and to upload information on the repairs your vehicle needs! They work weekends which helps a lot, I had paint damage to the front of my vehicle and Richard came to the house and fixed everything within 2 hours! Looks like a new bumper! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I can’t say enough great things about FYXME Mobile Auto Body Shop! I had a previous paint job done elsewhere and it was terrible—uneven, sloppy, and just not what I expected. I was honestly nervous to try again, but FYXME completely changed my experience.

Juan was on time, clear in what he was going to do and how long it would take and then produced a finished car in the estimated time. and it looks beautiful. Fast response! Had both bumpers replaced in five days. I was given updates on the driver’s ETA and could follow him to my house. Jorge, the technician, did an excellent job in less than 6 hrs. My driveway and garage was clean when he left. He will be back soon to do a clear coat, shine up the trunk above the bumper and clear up my headlights.

We were somewhat skeptical that they could achieve a first class result in a timely manner. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the application and care taken. We had the good weather although early mornings were shrouded in mist which could make the job difficult. No worries the boys got stuck in to all aspects of door and trim change overs. Able was working methodically and diligently thru all aspects of the process. I thoroughly recommend FYXME and Ables team to.produce nothing less than 100% professionalism. I had an amazing experience with this at-home auto body service! It’s super convenient that they come to you—whether you’re at home or work. From start to finish, the team was professional and communicative. I received a text with the estimated arrival time, and they even set up a tent and covered my car to keep everything clean and protected during the work.
They were able to remove deep scratches and dents, perfectly matched my car’s paint, and had everything done in about six hours. I was especially impressed that they came back without hesitation to touch up a small paint bubble that formed afterward—great follow-through!
Sergio provided a quick, fair quote and stayed in touch throughout the process. Jorge, the technician, was friendly, respectful, and a seriously hard worker.
