Richard did a beautiful job on my car. He fixed a dented corner and repaired/painted some huge scratches on my door. He matched the paint by his own formulation! You cannot tell the difference between areas newly painted and the older paint job. And it is a lifetime warranty for the paint job (not counting normal wear and tear and accidents..there are caveats.) I think there should be a little more back-and-forth about what needs to be done -even with the photos. They did everything I expected them to do, but it took a little more back and forth on the day of the job because their work order didn't quite match my expectations. Something was left out. It was in the picture, but not included somehow. I think because it was in the photo, the third scratched area was fully repaired, for the same price, so I am not faulting the company. But there is no cost breakdown shown on the work order (although the quote was very reasonable), and I think that a cost breakdown would help the customer understand what the company expects to do -and if there is a discrepancy, then it could be addressed ahead of time. Richard Hidalgo was a perfect gentleman, completely professional and kind and when he left, the area was completely clean, and the car all set to drive. And I didn't have to find a ride, leave my car, and then retrieve my car. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience and will be a return customer if I have another mishap.
