Bought a HUD Repo house that had sat unoccupied for months, maybe even a whole year. With everything needing fixing, the yard fell to the bottom half of the To-Do list. Out come monsoons and up come the weeds. Yard turned into a jungle. Called Grasshopper as the first company, had them do a quote and ended up hiring them. They did a fantastic job! Even had a neighbor yell out across the street that very day when I got home, complimenting their work, saying it looks like a new yard/house. Price was reasonable, office staff were incredibly friendly. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to others with no hesitation.
One other small detail: they always picked up the phone. It seems so insignificant, but in dealing with dozens of companies/contractors in the past few months, answering the phone seems to be an impossible task. It was incredibly satisfying to be able to speak with someone during business hours at Grasshopper during the few times I called.

They guys from Grasshopper Landscaping showed up on time and were fast, and friendly. The communicate any concerns or issues that came up and did an amazing job. The ladies at the office dealing with scheduling and customer service were positive, and always on top of any and all questions or concerns I had throughout the whole;e process.

I have spent over $5000 with this company from April till September 2021 and they are very very expensive, did not provide the flowers I had requested and was quoted by Damon and were not reliable. Never Never again will I use their services.

I wish I could recommend this company however I am not pleased. First off they did t do all the work we had agreed upon during original install then called it a misunderstanding and charged up for the remaining work.
After all the work was done we then had a line that was broken from the very poor irrigation work they have done from their equipment running over a buried line. We tried for over 2 weeks to get them to come and fix and get a quote or something with no response. Absolutely terrible service. Our water bill because of the slam went up over $100 and they had no regard for the client. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend. The estimator however was very friendly but the others when you call are not friendly women at all.

Ladies on the phone are super nice. The estimate is a joke. I paid $50 for Damon to give me the same drawing I gave him except mine was nicer. My quote said the Turf would look “amazing all year” and I was quoted for a $3k decorative block to cover my propane tank…problem is I never was asked what materials or design I wanted. Then I was quoted for tan gravel I never asked for. Both gravel quotes did not specify how much gravel Im paying for and how much is labor. I keep asking and get the run around. I asked many question about my $50 quote and Damon refuses to answer these easy questions I paid for. And telling me turf will be pretty is insulting. Do I get that type of quote because I’m a girl? The quote seems outrages in price and maybe this is why I can’t get answers to my questions. I basically donated $50 to the company because they didn’t do anything for me except redo my image crappier and insult me in an overpriced estimate. I heard from many these people are overpriced so now they have money of mine and did nothing for me. Google Damon you will see he is over glorified

I guess their method of blowing debris from a yard by blowing it all onto the street works well for their efficiency. Sloppy work!
