I was with USAA for almost 35 years and was sincerely disappointed when USAA could not insure the home I just bought. USAA has limits on the value of homes that it will insure. Since I had to move my homeowners insurance, I thought it would be best to simply move everything over to Kelly Klee. The discounts for bundling were too good to pass up. With Kelly Klee, not only do I have 24 hours service, I have an account rep, Marquitta Jones, who is exceptionally knowledgeable about my policies. When I have any questions, I can call her or email her and I ALWAYS get a comprehensive response in writing very quickly. I appreciate having a written record of communications from Ms. Jones who meticulously and thoroughly answers my questions and helps me make decisions. Although USAA was great, it cannot hold a candle to Marquitta Jones' responsiveness and written e-mail explanations. I also like that I can deal with one person as opposed to never dealing with the same person twice when I called into my former insurance carrier's call center. I am exceptionally pleased that I found Kelly Klee and Marquitta Jones.
