Adam loner isn’t easy to work with. He quoted me a policy that was 3k a year with a 5k deductible - so when i questioned that because im an accountant and it made no sense to pay that much and have such a high deductible. And of course i let him know that i spoke to other insurance companies and they quoted me 1k less, His response was if you’re looking to buy a home and simply buy the cheaper insurance then you can go ahead and do that. Let’s just say Adam heard a dial tone shortly thereafter.

I inquired about homeowners insurance. In turn I received an email from Bob Klee asking for my DOB. I replied to this message asking why they needed this for a home insurance quote. I never received an answer. Two days later they called me to see if I was still looking for home insurance and I informed them that I have already taken care this...then I was hung up on.
Not very professional.
