I recently underwent a gum graft procedure, which understandably came with significant anxiety. Dr. Adeinat was exceptional throughout the experience—his compassionate approach and professional demeanor helped ease my concerns, and the surgical results were excellent. I would highly recommend him and rate his care 5 stars. However, I did encounter some post-operative concerns. I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment three weeks after the procedure, which seemed like an extended period given the nature of the surgery. Additionally, I received three different sets of post-operative instructions, which created confusion about proper aftercare protocols. Given that the graft location made self-monitoring impossible, I was anxious about potential complications, including the possibility of graft rejection. When I contacted the office to express these concerns, they were very responsive and accommodated me with an immediate appointment, which I greatly appreciated. While the follow-up care ultimately met my needs, clearer initial instructions and a shorter interval to the first post-operative visit would have significantly reduced my anxiety during the recovery period.
