Update: within 24H the office manager reached out to me. I really appreciate and that gives me hope again that you guys do care. Thanks for caring.
Here’s a quick review for those in need:
- although not all, some front desk staff can be extremely unprofessional and lack of empathy. They’ll treat you base on their personal mood, not on business need. And this happens all the time, not occasionally.
- fee are high. Not sure if it’s them or my insurance. They are in my network. And I have full coverage from BCBS, but here’s the breakdown:
* tooth extraction: $2,400 (paid in full upfront. And that’s the final cost out of my pocket. Insurance can not cover)
* sinus lift: $2000 - 3500 (required to pay in full upfront too). Not everyone need this step though, but most are, especially if you have upper teeth removed.
* implant: $2700 (same, have to pay in full first)
* crown: they don’t do it here.
Total cost for 1 tooth, full process (extraction implant) is approximately $9,000. Keep in mind this is with full insurance and in network. And you still need to have bridge done (somewhere else) after that.
I have never had this done elsewhere before so I don’t have references to compare to, so I don’t know if their cost is high, low or normal.
But hopefully my experience will help you make your own decision.

Original review:
If you’re the owner of this clinic and you care. You can find me in the patient list. Call me and we’ll discuss what happened.
I don’t want to put my bad experience in public just yet because I want to solve the problem first. I worked in medical field for many years too, and believe me, I RARELY get mad because I understand what you’re going through.
If this review stay unchanged which means no one ever call me and no one care why I walked away.
