I was referred to All County by my mum's hospice provider. We were simply looking to carry out her wishes and have her moved up to a funeral home in Massachusetts for her memorial. My point of contact was Jesse and she could not possibly have been more accommodating throughout the process. At no point was I ever concerned with my mum having not been treated with dignity and respect. I never had to wait to speak with Jesse and she would return calls immediately. Jesse treated us with compassion and made every effort to get us through the process as quickly and compassionately as possible. Pricing was very reasonable and we were able to complete all paperwork and payment online, followed up with phone calls confirming receipt. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in South Florida having to face the difficult journey of putting loved ones to rest.

Everyone at this location was amazing!
(and the north location, namely Jaime, she went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and we were adequately helped through a difficult time)
But at Lake Worth:
Doug Thomas helped us through the actual booking and he was so professional and courteous. We were already grieving and it was difficult but Doug made the process painless and prompt.
The funeral home takes care of everything and the chapel used for viewing is barely a couple miles away. It's a nice chapel with decent space. We had more than expected well over 100, and Tim Marlin (the coordinator at the chapel) was very accommodating.
Even off hours, there is contact. We had to try to contact them during the Christmas holiday and they were still available and called us back promptly.
Highly recommend. There is no second chance with this and they take their work very seriously so you don't have to be concerned.

I can’t be more grateful for this place. I recently lost my mother, unexpectedly, and really cannot thank the staff who work here enough. I’m pretty young for someone who’s mother passed and really had no idea what it takes to even plan a funeral. They guided me through the whole process and just knew they were being honest. Compared to a few other locations they were fairly priced and just felt the people who work there felt for me and truly had my best interest. Hands down would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The service was absolutely perfect, despite the circumstance. My mother looked beautiful and at peace. Having almost no family down here in Florida with me, I felt the most comfortable here. Thank you del lago!

All County efficiently and sensitively walked us through the process of arranging cremation and death certificate preparation. They anticipated our questions, clearly and accurately explained all expenses and had everything ready on time as promised. Death of a relative is a stressful time. All County was the able assistant we needed to cope.

The setting at the Del Lago site was very peaceful and welcoming. The beautiful tropical landscaping and comfortable furnishings were calm and dignified. The funeral director provided compassionate advice to help us to create a meaningful farewell for my beloved mother. I would highly recommend All County to my friends or family who might need their services.
