Having the arrangements pre planned so helpful. What I learned if it’s your first time they help walk you through it. We really hope we don’t get to much practice at this

For the most part everyone there was extremely nice and considerate. Unfortunately it seems like whoever pays for everything is the person who gets the utmost care and respect from a couple of the employees there. My husband passed away and his mother decided she wanted to pay for his cremation and because of that even though I am his wife legally I had no say in anything and was not allowed to be involved pretty much in anything that happened. After the fact when these issues were discussed with other people in charge they took over and have been very pleasant and helpful. Overall they made the experience easy and the time that has not been. They were even kind enough to check in on me a few weeks after my husband's passing just to make sure I was hanging in okay. Sandy has been very kind.

All County Funeral Home was an answer to my prayersLosing a spouse, the heartbreak and pain I was going through was lessened when I needed it the most. All County is caring, efficient and knowledgeable. They handled my grief and was there when I needed them. I can not thank them enough and would recommend them in your time of need. I felt like they were family.

I would have given 5 stars but the outdated video equipment had me put 4- Jessie is an outstanding human being and although she is not a funeral director, she should be- I handled almost all details of my moms celebration of life but she made the process much smoother I appreciate her compassion and help before and after services

My daughter had preterm labor and the baby didn't make it. We had no insurance for the baby being it was not yet born, which means all cost associated with burial would be out of pocket. We we're giving a list of furneral homes and crematory. All was very expensive being this was a 22week old fetus weighting, just 1pounds and you wouldn't believe how many local furneral homes was excessively high. It was hard enough accepting the lost of a baby and then not knowing, if you could afford burial. Our goal was to bring home a healthy live baby. Most furneral homes was about making money and I understand that, but an expected mother will not have life insurance on a unborn child and I'm so glad All County Furneral and Crematory was not, just in it for the money or there would be no way we could have afforded crematory services. In no way I mean the services was free it just they made a reasonable fee offer and the compassion they had for a women that lost a baby. They truly made the process easier I would without a doubt recommend others if they need furneral and crematory services please use them. RIP Heaven Joy Green

We were completely unprepared for the death of our loved one. They helped my family with the service and it was great. Additionally, they’ve provided a slip of paper that should help us take them internationally. My biggest concern was the length of time it took us to hear back for his cremains and death certificate. Apparently someone on staff, or associated doctor, had filled something out wrong and was rejected by the state. So we’ve had to wait from February (death of loved one) until the end of May to finally get the paperwork. And things are still wrong on the paperwork (misspellings).

ALL COUNTY was caring, and helpful. My parents used their services and I believe they provided as my parents wished. The only problem is that their location is a little tricky and parking was hard.

It has been HORRIBLE!! I was recommended this place by hospice and have waited OVER 2 weeks for a death certificate, (that I still DON'T HAVE!!) meantime they can't cremate our loved one! He has been sitting there for over 2 weeks waiting to be laid to rest! For the first week I was told it would be 24 to 72 hours for a death certificate. Then Tuesday which is past the 2 week mark, I get an email from them saying the doctors office who is supposed to sign the death certificate told them they don't even have a file on our person!! I am so FRUSTRATED!! This is just totally unprofessional and disrespectful not only to our loved one but to us. How can you keep a family waiting OVER 2 WEEKS and still not have a resolution??? I call leave messages - no one calls back. I email, no-one emails back. This is crazy!! I guess I am going to have to go down to the funeral home to get some answers and resolution. We just want to lay our loved one to rest, this is crazy! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! They should make a zero star! Well I will say this - I just received a call from Travis at All County and he did say he had to make a call to the doctors office that is supposed to sign the death certificate and get what he called "out of his normal character with them" but I was told we should have a death certificate within 72 hours again. So lets see if they can redeem themselves. He said they were the ones who "dropped the ball" so hopefully we can get some closure and lay our person to rest SOON or I may have to do a review on this Doctor.

After 3 weeks the claim for my family members funeral expense policy was never processed. In order to expedite The cremation I had to pay for it out of pocket, and filed the claim on my own. In contacting the insurance company where the claim would have been filed, I found that after 3 and 1/2 Weeks past his death, All County had not submitted a claim for his cremation expense.

We attended a funeral January 18th at 3pm. We were absolutely disgusted by the scent of the funeral home. The funeral room smelled like a rotten meat butcher. There was many people who attended that became sick after the funeral. Definitely do not recommend this funeral home.

If I could put zero stars I would. I've been a florist for 30 years. I've worked with a lot of different occasions. Funerals being one of them, and one I don't take lightly. When calling All County Funeral Home to make arrangements to bring the casket piece, The unprofessionalism was the first thing I noticed, along with the uncompassionate disposition with the person on the other end of the line. When bringing florals, I was met with a very rude and unprofessionalism again. I would not hire this facility for your family or your Company delivering to it. They should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves.

The absolute worst funeral home experience which brought great distress to my family as they mishandled the cremation of my father. For 3 weeks they kept messing up the death certificate which in turned delayed them cremating my father for a whole month. They wouldn't return our urgent phone calls. No family should have to deal with this inefficiency and complete utter lack of concern. It was appalling. Do Not Use this funeral home!

They should call this place “return on the body snatchers”. My grandmother died at her nursing home at 5:30a and by 9:30a these thieves had already taken her body before my funeral home could arrange a pick-up. And for their unwanted services I had to pay a $300 ransom to get her body back! Modern day grave robbers if you ask me. I assume they are in cahoots with nursing staff at these assisted living facilities paying them a bounty for each stolen body.

We had a private viewing on Friday for my mother in law. Aside from being rescheduled 4 times for this viewing, there was a weed wacker and lawn mower on the other side of the wall during the ENTIRE service. Our Funeral Rep FELL ASLEEP 5 min into the service. We tried to wake her by calling for her and nothing. We had to wait until 5 minutes until the time was up before she woke up, and then went to the back to have a very loud conversation with her dad denying she was on drugs. (Explains the sleeping). They told us they had note cards to write a note and put with our loved one, when we asked for them we were handed envelopes and 1 pen with the excuse of “limited office supplies”. Overall horrible experience and were so glad we didnt have more people because how EMBARRASSING.
