We used All County for my fathers service in 2011 and thought we would use them now in 2021 for my sisters service. WHAT A MISTAKE… there was no coordination, they made a difficult situation harder than it needed to be. My mother was putting her daughter to rest and we had no clue what to do and even on the day of service still full of confusion, no one was set up to do the service and we were never told that we needed to set someone up to do the service. I had to step up and do a funeral not knowing what to do. The flowers weren’t there completely ridiculous all the effort we needed to do. Will NEVER use this company again.
