INCREDIBLE customer service, and excellent quality product! I ordered a custom embroidered hat with some idea of what the design should be. These guys e-mailed back and forth very proficiently and helped me find the right thread colors, hats that were the color and type I wanted, and made slight adjustments to the original design that made the outcome more perfect! Of course, I had full ability to review and approve the design and the slight changes, and even by email all of my questions were answered quickly. I don't do custom stuff often, but if I need it again this will be my first stop!
