I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Underground Printing, especially Jasmine M. Jasmine and I have been communicating back and forth since early December and she has truly been a godsend. I am clueless when it comes to creating apparel and the process of ordering as a whole, but Jasmine was so patient with me and answered all of my questions as they came up. I officially launched a pre-order for my hoodies last week, and I couldn't have done it without her help! Someone give this lady a raise!! Cal Mazzara went above and beyond wit his customer service. The shirt I had printed as a Christmas gift arrived to their location too late for me to pick up on my way to work. Cal brought it to my place of work to make sure I had it for our family get together the next day. Such an awesome guy! He was in constant/quick communication with me throughout the ordering process as well. The shirt was high quality and the print was perfect! All around amazing experience!
