This was my first time designing and ordering custom made t-shirts for an important event - and Tori Yore was super helpful, prompt, accomodating every step of the way. She always took the extra unnecessary steps in order to make my life a little bit easier. And, she went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the product and took steps to fix a couple of small issues that came up despite honestly not needing to. Tori did an awesome job representing this company - if she exemplifies what this company is about, then I recommend them to anyone ordering custom shirts. And by the way, the shirts came out AWESOME even though the design was pretty intricate - i did NOT at all expect them to come out as true to the original design as they did!

The prints actually turned out nice. The material of the clothes are nice. But the hoodies are not sized properly. I ordered the same size tee and hoodie but the hoodie was noticeably smaller, maybe even a full size smaller than labeled. And since they don’t tell you about that, you will receive a hoodie that’s too small to wear but you can’t exchange the dang thing.
Update: they have reached out to me to send me a size larger. I will admit that I had to make more of a stink than my initial email to get it to happen but the company came through. Updated from 2 stars to 4.

It was wonderful working with Underground Printing! Danny was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, and eliminated the stress from the merchandise aspect of our event. Many attendees bought shirts on site after commenting on the softness and quality of the shirts and sweatshirts. I would recommend their service without hesitation!
