A special thanks goes to Philip for his professionalism during the negotiation stages. So calm and clear which really helped. Daniel was also great during the sale and Natalie was a legend navigating us through all of the legalities. All the team were courteous, no question was a silly question and they were super helpful.
What was very good during the sale was the personalised portal where you could login and see all the stats for views, downloads, visits, comments and offers. All held in one place it meant you knew where to go for all information.
Having looked for years to find our new home I can honestly say, to anyone looking, use Simpson and Marwick. I cannot recommend them more highly.
