Skylar is absolutely fabulous. She gave me several options on my homeowners and auto insurance. She answered all my questions and when I had one about claims she wasn't sure about, she took the time to find the answer. I love that the company will do an annual review of my policies and not just let them auto renew without someone looking at them. In the times of Insurance Companies raising all their prices, I found relief with Royalty Insurance. I have been with State Farm for over 40 years & started to get double & triple rates. I had also required a couple of houses that State Farm would not quote me, because I had a claim. They included the 7 claims that I requested for a new roof, but denied every time. Andrew at Royalty worked with me & was very professional & held my hand thru the whole process (Houses & Cars). I believe this is the new way to handle your insurance. **Update- This was escalated to Fran and she and she called and took care of me!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My insurance price doubled without warning before my renewal. I did not receive 1 phone call or email explaining this prior. I called a week ago and the explanation given was they were not aware but would run my information through multiple policies again. I have yet to receive a call or email. This is not the first time I have had trouble receiving a call back or email. There is always a lack in communication. I stayed with Royalty hoping things would improve but it may be time to move on. **Update- This was escalated to Fran and she and she called and took care of me!!

Andrew Spraberry from Royalty Insurance recently assisted me with my home and auto insurance in September 2024. He did a fantastic job of preparing initial quotes, answering detailed questions, and finalizing the process to switch and make coverage changes. I was with a major insurance company for many years when I decided to check the market for other options. I called Royalty Insurance and spoke to Skylar.
