I bought my car in October '24 from Delray Buick GMC and absolutely love it. Working with them since then has been a relatively smooth process. Kevin (manager) Dave (service manager) Matt (Service technician) and Graycjan (salesman) immediately assess any issues I have right away. Recently I took my car in for a simple part replacement and it was overlooked that I can't have my car washed because of Ceramic and PPF wraps I put on it the week before. When I got my car back three panels were damaged. Frustrated is an understatement, however Dave and Matt came outside and addressed the situation right away directing me to the Kevin of whom approved immediately righting the wrong. Since then I have been back two times and Dave and Matt have given me a play by play in real time of what they are doing making sure I am happy. Dave, Matt, Kevin and Graycjan are extremely professional and respectful. I can't say enough good things about them and their dealership. Thank you again guys for everything always!
