I purchased a vehicle through Carvana and immediately had some service needed on my exhaust system. Carvana gave me the okay to go to a dealer and I chose Delray Buick GMC service center.
I met with Frank at the service desk and they gave me an estimate, but warned me that third party warranty sometimes does not approve the claim. He was correct as Carvana's warranty company denied me at first. Frank took the extra steps to follow through with the claim and explain to the warranty company that the damage was extensive and could ultimately damage the engine if not replaced. Frank kept me in the loop by text every step of the way and it was eventually approved by the third party warranty company. Frank ordered the parts and in about 7 days scheduled the service to be completed, everything was completed and acceptable. I cannot say enough about Frank's integrity. Delray Buick is lucky to have him. I would highly recommend Delray Buick, gmc service center for all service needs.
