Our experience with the Delray Buick GMC Service Department did not start off well. We were having ongoing issues with our GMC Acadia, which is only a couple of years old. After being told the problems were resolved, the vehicle continued to malfunction.
Within less than a week, we had to bring the vehicle in three times. During the third visit, our technician provided poor customer service. After expressing our concerns to the service manager, Ralph, everything changed. Ralph went above and beyond to make things right.
He arranged for the dealership to keep our vehicle until all issues were fully resolved and accommodated us with a loaner vehicle, which we truly appreciated. After keeping the vehicle for about a month, the team finally identified the problem. It turned out to be a very rare issue that could not be detected through standard computer diagnostics and required a physical inspection using a camera.
Since getting our vehicle back, we have not experienced the issue again. We are very grateful to Ralph and the team for their persistence, professionalism, and commitment to going above and beyond for their customers.
