I set up my appointment in advance and scheduled in the middle of the week as I was told it would be a little less busy. When I arrived I was greeted by a nice young man in the service drive who quickly covered my seat for protection. My service was for an oil change and a software update on my truck. My service advisor Frank is a true gentleman and explained the procedure and the approximate length of time I would be there. I was also greeted by the service manager Ralph who was also courteous and professional. He checked into my software updates and
I was told my software is up to date. The service was fast and I was out in about two hours. Thank you guys for the great service!
