Henrique helped me buy my new Yukon and he was great to work with throughout the entire process. Not only was he easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about the product/service offerings, he also seemed to genuinely care about my overall satisfaction with my purchase. I was most impressed with the fact that after handing me my keys post deal closing, he sat with me in the car and helped me set up all my new accounts (MyGMC, OnStar, XM, etc.) and showed me all the features of my new vehicle. Notably, I reached out to him a couple days after the transaction needing help with something else, and he put in a lot of effort to get me the answers/results I was looking for.
