The people at this dealership are a different breed. They actually care that you’re enjoying the car, that everything is working as expected. I had to bring the car in for service and my service advisor, Casey l, could not have been any more wonderful. I really don’t thunk it was preferential treatment but he went out of his way to help me out, get me transportation home when he realized the repair wouldn’t be finished tat day. Called me in the am when the work was done, then sent a courtesy shuttle come pick me up. He took the time to explain that the work was covered under warranty (that’s a first for a car dealership and explained the repairs in a way that I could understand why the repair had to happen. Casey, thank you and everyone there at the service dept and dealership.
