Frank (our service rep) was swamped but as usual he came through. A real gentleman. I don’t set prices but a $480.00 service (Frank does not see the prices) invoice for their normal scheduled 11,000.00 mile service I feel is quite excessive. Of course I save the invoice and the individual rates for some items were in a real sense of the word not worth it.
Quite honestly I was really considering one of the new Buicks in a few months but this invoice suggests more shopping.
