Their attention to detail and workmanship clearly demonstrates that they have mastered their craft. Not only are they experts in garage flooring and storage solutions ,but are also experts in providing exceptional customer service.Their response time is very quick if you have additional questions and most important they nailed my requested completion date even after we had to bump it up 4 days sooner . They came out to measure and give me an accurate bid, set up the install, and were great with communication about the process. They were on time for every part of the process. I had Garage Experts do an epoxy coating on my 20 year old 3 car attached garage as well as a newer detached 2 1/2 car garage. They came out in advance to inspect my garages and give me a quote. They clearly explained the process and what to expect. When it came time to do the service, the crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. The floor came out AMAZING. Obviously, this is quite an investment, and I was nervous about hiring a company based on a Google search and a few reviews. But I could not be happier with the whole experience and the finished product. I would highly recommend Garage Experts of Springfield, they do an extremely quality job. You could do it yourself for less, but it would be impossible to replicate the process and have the quality, long lasting results.

Mark, Shelly, and their entire team are top quality individuals. Eight (8) years ago I had an epoxy floor installed using the same product line that Garage Experts use. However it was improperly installed and then the installer would not stand behind the installation. Mark and his team corrected the damaged floor and installed a new micro flake epoxy floor.
I highly recommend Garage Experts for their products, quality installation, easy to do business with, and their bottom line results. Super happy with my new floor. The entire Garage Experts team were very professional and paid close attention to every detail. I only did one bay of my three car garage....now the uncoated floors look awful. I plan to have them epoxied soon.

What a great transformation. The ugly duckling garage has become the swan. Previous owners painted the garage floor which made it slippery. It was not in great shape and to add to the problem there was over spray from having the garage painted. Mark and his team came out and sanded the concrete which exposed some cracks. They sealed them and applied the expoxy and flakes. Even before it was finished it was already transforming ugly into a nice clean garage. His team is very professional. They show up when they say they will. They do what they say and they the left everything neat and clean. We love what they have done and would highly recommend them to anyone.
