This review has nothing to do with your services, but everything to do with your employees. It might sound like a small thing, but two young men driving a large box truck were very courteous and friendly drivers today. You don't always get that when you're driving a smaller vehicle, and it really made my day.

Even though they're called the "Garage Experts" we asked them to remove the carpet and refinish the concrete floor in the foyer between the elevator and the front door of our condo. We're at One Parkway Place at the corner of Walnut and Hammons Parkway. They made it look like a marble entryway. Take a look.

Our basement floor was truly an unusual job with many challenges. After we had 180 feet of drainage channel and sump pump installed in our basement, we were left with an unsightly mess. The cement work on the drainage channel was uneven and required an unusual amount of surface preparation. The job that Garage Experts did is way better than we expected. We also had them apply waterproofing product to the walls. The end result is amazing--a beautiful transformation that we didn't think possible. In addition, the crew was courteous, extremely tidy and thorough. We can't say enough good things about Garage Experts and the job they did for us.

After many hours spent trying to paint my own garage floor and removing it with a razor blade when it failed, I finally called the professionals. Mark and Anthony were awesome and answered all of my silly questions as they were installing the product. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I had a storm shelter installed after the house was built so I had 2 different kinds of concrete and a bright black storm shelter that stuck out like a sore thumb. I attached a photo of how the storm shelter now blends with the entire floor. They actually prepare the concrete by grinding it down which isn't common for the competition in this area. I had multiple quotes and all of the others never planned on removing the 3 coats of paint I had installed and attempted to remove myself which in turn would have turned out much like the do it yourself weekend paint jobs I had done myself over the years. They cleaned up when they were finished and it was like there were never here! So save yourself the hassle of trying to do it yourself or hiring a painter who doesn't really know what they are doing with this product. You will spend more money trying to fix it when it fails than you will by just having a company who already has the equipment and experience install it for you.

Having seen several garage floors they'd done in my neighborhood, I had Garage Experts resurface my basement floor. It is beautiful, and feels so clean! Can't wait to have my garage floor done!

They did a great job! Removed a prior stained concrete back porch (very poorly done) and replaced with their beautiful product. Could not be happier with the whole project! They were there when they said they would be on both days. They cleaned up all their mess. Two added bonuses for me....1) There was very little concrete dust, (1st guy left a horrible mess) they used a vacuum system while they ground the concrete 2) It is NO longer slick, had fallen 3 times on the old stained concrete. That alone was worth every penny besides looking awesome!
