I used to Michael Tatum from Xite Realty last year to find my space for my pediatric dental office. He did a tremendous amount of demographic research to help me find the best area for my needs. However, where he really excelled was negotiating one of the best leases for a space in Dallas. He understands the ins and outs of leases and the traps landlords set to get the tenant in the long run. He made sure the lease was favorable for me. He continued to give me advice well after the deal was done and that meant a lot. I highly recommend Michael and Xite.
