I could not be more happy with my experience with Xite Realty! I’m based in Houston and worked with Drew to find the perfect leasing space for my dental practice. Drew really knocked it out of the park, the space he was able to find checked every box I was looking for. Xite does a bunch of market research for you to present the data of the area you are looking at which I think makes them different from most real estate companies. Beyond finding our perfect space, Drew provided a ton of recommendations for companies and put me into direct contact with lending, suppliers, construction etc. He’s done more than most realtors would do and I am so grateful! Xite really sees you through the entire process. 10/10 would recommend Xite to any dentist looking to build/lease a space for their office!
