Bought a heater a year ago and found an issue with it this year. I went to the shop and asked if I could get a receipt reprinted so I could go to the manufacturer for warranty. The manager offered to replace it for me instead. Very happy indeed! Best customer service!

I bought a item at Tentworld but unfortunately due to my own incomplete research, the I could not use the item. Instead of making me jump through hoops or penalise me with fees, etc, they accepted the return without any questions. I was never made to feel uneasy or stupid or a time waster and in the end, they steamlined the refund for me. The respect they showed me was second to none and the service was up there with the best. I couldn't believe how helpful they were and I will easily buy future products from them based on this service alone.
It's old traditional service and I'm glad that I found this store.

We were looking for camping mattresses and it was the store with the most variety of sizes and qualities. There were many prices reduced and finally we got one for a good price/quality relationship. Would recommend to pay a visit!

Couldn't recommend Tentworld Ferntree Gully more highly (in particular Evan/Ewan....sorry). On the 29th. December, the store was packed but Evan/Ewan found the time between Customers to find a spare and unneeded replacement fly for a Coleman Tent for me. He and Tentworld weren't going to make any money out of helping me out.
But they have guaranteed that I will be buying all my camping gear from them in the future.

Tentworld in Ferntree Gully have an excellent range of camping gear from ultralight hiking stoves to palacial family tents for base camping. They stock brands that I regard as superior quality but also have extremely competitive pricing. Their customer service is fantastic. It is all these factors together which motivates me to drive 30 minutes there rather than visit much closer competitors. In my most recent visit, I purchased a number of items but accidentally left one behind. I was not looking forward to a 60 minute return drive to retrieve the missing item. However in the afternoon, Dean (who had served me) dropped the item off at my house on his way home from work. That kind of service wins my loyalty. Thank you Dean!

My first visit to this store, as the item I wanted was not stocked at larger chain camping stores. Very impressed by the professional service and knowledge of the products in the store. Nathan is a very valuable employee in my opinion. Extremely competitive prices and wide range of goods to select from. The young female employee who answered my initial enquiry also very helpful and patient. Look forward to seeing this business spread throughout Victoria in the future as this is there only store in Vic. At present.

Leo and the team were very helpful in finding us a tent for the charity rally (mysterybox rally for Cancer Council) we are on in a couple of weeks. Did what they could to find something that suited our needs and size restrictions and helped us with something extra to keep our refreshments cool.
Very helpful and will go the extra mile for amyone who walks in the door.
