Leo and the team were very helpful in finding us a tent for the charity rally (mysterybox rally for Cancer Council) we are on in a couple of weeks. Did what they could to find something that suited our needs and size restrictions and helped us with something extra to keep our refreshments cool.
Very helpful and will go the extra mile for amyone who walks in the door.

Service was friendly and I was able to find the things I needed in the very crowded but logically laid out store. Make sure you check your pricing and know your gear elsewhere. I bought several items, two were priced around my expectations but I impulse grabbed another item which was four times more expensive than other stockists. My own fault assuming everything would be competitive. Didn't really realise it until I went home.

The shop has a good range of items, with some pretty competitive pricing. However the staff that were on when we visited (and there was at least 4 of them) were not overly outgoing or helpful. Definitely check out this store if you are going camping or hiking, just don't expect amazing service.
