Lots of tents and other camping gear, prices were not very clear on items. The shop was not busy but I could not get to talk to a senior sales person the first day sales person was as helfull as she could be as it was her first day. So after 15 minuets I left.

What a busy place, was told it's a normal day. Missed the on-site parking turn, not clearly signed, but parked in the shops next door and walked back. Quiet an array of products here. Some areas of the store seems to be in a bit of disarray making navigation awkward, left the Mrs sitting in a chair. Variety of car fridges on display, various camping accessories, cooking bits and pieces, hiking footwear and other equipment. Oh and tents.
Seems like an extra member of staff wouldn't go astray as finding assistance was hard. Service was ok once I did get help

Have purchased here a few times. The last two orders went missing at their transport company. Last order was supposed to be delivered by 21/1/2021 in time for my trip away and still hasn’t arrived. Explained to customer service who didn’t care whatsoever. Had to re buy products. It is now 17/1/2021 and still no delivery made. Just no urgency. Will shop at BCF or ANACONDA from now on. Change your logistics company.

They sell tents, and other camping stuff, get in quick and avoid the rush, we are soon to be let out of the cage, get on it , i bought a yeti can holder, its awesome, thanks for listening

You do excellent service but the courier company you use ( courier please) is hell bent on spoiling your reputation until you change your courier partner (courier please) you want have happy customers.
