Tentworld's customer service is absolutely top-notch. I purchased a stretcher tent online that had some small rips in the mesh. After a couple of emails with the central office, I was able to swap it out at the Ferntree Gully store, no problems. I even ended up buying a compact gazebo shelter while I was there because they were so helpful in-store. They had to help me cart my haul to the car!

Five stars for Tentworld. Five stars for Darche. I always over-research purchases searching for the best value for money and trying to stay ocal. I’m so glad I did! Long-story short: I bought a Darche Eclipse Awning from Tentworld in Jan 2022 and took it out camping two weeks later. In a long bought of heavy rain, one of the horizontal poles bent (yes, I did have a slope to facilitate run-off). I thought there may have been a weak spot in the pole... but was not sure!?. A day later I emailed Tentworld and sent photos. Within 24 hours they got back to me and sent a warranty enquiry to Darche. Two hours later they got back to me saying Darche will replace the pole. Less than 48 hours later, I’m holding the new pole in my hands. Love the service, love the awning!

Better than Dreamworld. Dreamworld doesn't have nearly as many tents as Tentworld, and to make it even better, Tentworld has free entry. Closer to home, too.
Great for a look around, or just to pick something up that you saw online (as I did). It would be nice to see a Click & Collect type service to take advantage of online discounts and still pick up, but I understand that the online stock is up in QLD and not connected to the VIC store's range, so can't fault that too much.

Great range of products and better prices than BCF or Anaconda, saved some good coin on an esky and a few other items.

Tentworld is like an Aladdin's cave but for adventure seekers. It is full of must have items for your next camping adventure and the staff there are friendly and knowledgeable.
Their store is full of quality products (not cheep Chinese knockoffs) and the staff are willing to spend time explaining the pros and cons of everything that they stock.
They have helped me out replacing my ensuite tent which was supplied with the wrong fly by the manufacturer.
Will definitely be using them again as the service experience was without fault.
