Very knowledgeable sales staff, steered me away from a mid-range mattress in favour of a top of the range that ended up cheaper with 60% off sale. Had my first night on the Cloud 9 Premiere Luxe last night and cam honestly say I've not slept that well in over a year!

Genuine customer service is so very important. It was such a pleasurable experience buying my bed here. Arun was very knowledgeable, very helpful and in no way pushing for a sale.
