We bought our cloud 9 classic comfort king mattress from Arun in store. He was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience simple and uncomplicated. If you have the opportunity to visit this store I would highly recommend seeing him for any mattress , bed bases, heads or pillows

Danielle was amazing! Excellent customer service. The experience was fantabulous, so patient and no question went unanswered. The staff were well educated in the products, I'd reaearched before heading into store. The staff answered all of my questions and provided a great recommendation. The mattress we purchases is for my 3 year old daughter. It's been amazing so far, delivery was painless. The only thing that happened was the driver got lost. But it's a new estate and even our family get lost when they visit. Over all 5 stars! We will be back.

I am writing this review after owning a mattress from chiropedic for 4 years (support plus gel ~$1.5-2k). The mattresses here are excellent quality and made to order, in Melbourne. Seeing some of the poor reviews inspired me to provide a review myself on my experience. I am at chiropedic to buy another to upgrade size to King after being so pleased with the queen. Please take the time to try and pick the best mattress for you, take the advice of the staff (they are very helpful) on build and materials composition. Pick a price range you are comfortable with then try, try, try. Pick based on your comfort and not on price and you will have many years of good sleep. When I compare similar build and materials of other brands, chiropedic is very competitive. Take a look around at other stores, do research, take photos, compare and feel. Very pleased with these guys here, and they do not push for high value sale, rather they consult to get the idea of what is comfort for you.
